How do consulting engagements work?
Usually as a fixed-scope review with written findings, or a monthly retainer for ongoing technical leadership. Either way, the scope and the price are written down before we start.
Do you work with our existing team and vendors?
Yes. Much of the work is helping the people you already have make better decisions, and holding vendors to what they promised.
Will you sell us your own software?
No. Our advice is independent. If a subscription system like Porto, from our sister company, fits, we'll say so and explain why, alongside the alternatives.
