SMS Terms of Service
These terms cover the administrative text messaging program run by 10 Space LLC, doing business as Tenspace Software.
1. The program
10 Space LLC, doing business as Tenspace Software ("we") runs an administrative text messaging program (the "Program"). It sends operational notifications to authorized company personnel and accepts administrative commands from them. Messages include system notifications, confirmations of administrative actions, and replies to commands the recipient sends.
2. Who can take part, and how you agree
The Program is only for Tenspace personnel and authorized users. You are enrolled at your own request by a Tenspace administrator, and you give your consent to receive messages when you are enrolled. Taking part is not a condition of buying any goods or services. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as described below.
3. How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies with system activity and with the commands you send. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages.
4. How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. You will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To start again, reply UNSTOP or START, or ask a Tenspace administrator.
5. Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at support@10spacesoftware.com or 505-600-1741.
6. Carriers
Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile network and is outside our control.
7. Privacy
Information collected through the Program is handled as our SMS Privacy Policy describes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. If you keep taking part after an update, the updated terms apply to you.
