SMS Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

The mobile number you are enrolled with; the messages you send to and receive from the Program, including any attachments; delivery information about those messages; and the enrollment details an administrator records for you, such as your name and work email address.

2. How we use it

Only to run the Program: confirming that a message comes from an enrolled person, carrying out the administrative commands you send, delivering notifications and replies, keeping an audit trail, and fixing delivery problems. It is never used for advertising or marketing.

3. Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Our cloud messaging provider delivers the messages for us and may use them for nothing else. We disclose information only where the law requires it.

4. Keeping and protecting it

Messages and enrollment records are kept as part of the Program's audit trail for as long as they are needed to operate it, protected by access controls that limit them to authorized Tenspace personnel. When they are no longer needed, they are deleted or de-identified.

5. Your choices

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also ask an administrator to delete your enrollment record, or contact support@10spacesoftware.com with any privacy question or request.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
